A 7,500 sq. ft. boutique office building designed for flexibility and aesthetics. This office project was designed and built entirely by Eastland Construction. The exterior of the building features IPE Brazilian hardwood siding, architectural panels, and 44 oversized windows. Divided into three suites, the building offered excellent access to major routes and scenic rear views. It was built in 2020 and sold in 2021.
