Spanning from 1993-1998 Eastland completed a total of 20 single-family homes across four communities: Cordial Way, Austin Way, Fairbanks Place, and Wild Meadow Lane. These early developments in Natick established Eastland’s capabilities in subdivision construction and laid the foundation for larger-scale projects.
