Walden Woods is a duplex townhome community permitted under the Milford Zoning Bylaws’ open space development provisions. Developed on a 259-acre former quarry site, Eastland preserved over 200 acres for conservation, featuring walking trails and sensitive land use practices. Eastland also constructed the final mile of the Charles River Bike Path, that helped create a lasting public amenity upon the completion of the project.
