Originally acquired as a steel-frame structure, this 6,000 sq. ft. boutique office building underwent a complete renovation in 2005 by Eastland. Following the renovation, the office now features cherry trim, large windows, and high-end finishes, upon completion of the renovation, the building served as Eastland’s corporate office before being leased and then eventually sold in 2019.
