Eastland Partners Inc. has been the developer in all projects completed and built by Eastland in addition to assisting in 3rd party work in the past for large scale projects 150+ homes; in regards to land development i.e. excavating, infrastructure and site development. With each new project we work through the permitting process for each town and municipality we work within. Our experience in residential and construction permitting range from:

SURVEY / DESIGN & ENGINEERING

With over 27 years of experience we have the knowledge skillsets to work through the preliminary stages of design and surveying to reach the best final plan. Our team works closely with engineers, architects and municipalities to ensure quality and accuracy.

EXCAVATION / LAND DEVELOPMENT

Eastland Partners Inc. has the expertise, team and equipment required to oversee our entire site and land development projects. At one point Eastland held a separate entity for excavation and blasting, allowing us to offer our skilled team for 3rd party work on large scale development projects. We have since scaled back that business and focus internally as we move to areas with more difficult land to work with and develop.

INFRASTRUCTURE & SITE DEVELOPMENT

Roadways, sidewalks, driveways, water crossings and bridge construction, granite quarry’s, erosion control and wetland protection, utilities and layout of the land. You name it; we’ve more than likely done it. With over 27 years in the business we have worked with a multitude of land variances and conditions, each project requiring something different to reach our final layout of the land that meets our standards of an Eastland Community. We enjoy working with the land and developing our sites from the ground up.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

Starts with quality control. All Eastland Projects are overseen by a team of licensed, experienced professionals that take pride in every-step of the construction process. Our Construction Supervisors and Managers work through permitting, scheduling and managing our contractors to ensure a successful delivery and final product that lives up to the quality craftsmanship out company was founded on.
